Job summary

JobCenter in Dubai is seeking a skilled Carpenter Supervisor to oversee a team of carpenters on our construction projects. You will plan daily tasks, monitor quality, and ensure timely completion while maintaining safety standards.

Accommodation is provided with the position and a competitive monthly salary. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of carpentry experience, at least 2 years in supervision, strong leadership and fluent English communication, and a valid biometric passport for site access

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience as a carpenter, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Excellent carpentry skills and knowledge of various tools and techniques.
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Experience working on construction sites in Dubai is preferred.
Valid biometric passport is required.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of carpenters, providing guidance and support as needed.
Plan and coordinate daily work tasks for the team, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
Train new team members on proper carpentry techniques and safety protocols.
Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
Order materials, tools, and equipment needed for projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.
