Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Carpenter Supervisor for exhibition, events, or fit-out projects. You will lead a team of carpenters, read AutoCAD drawings, plan daily workloads, and ensure on-time delivery with high-quality finishes.

The role requires strong leadership, English proficiency, ability to work under pressure, and immediate joining. Visa will be provided for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Carpenter Supervisor in the exhibition, events, or fit-out industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent time management and planning abilities.
• Experience in exhibition stand fabrication is a must.
• Must be able to read AutoCAD drawings, dimensions, and technical layouts.
• Language: English required.
• Driving license preferred.
• Employment visa will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of approximately 30 carpenters
• Read and understand AutoCAD drawings and production drawings
• Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to the carpentry team
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and according to project deadlines
• Monitor workmanship and maintain high-quality finishing standards
• Coordinate with the Project Manager Production Manager and other departments
• Check measurements materials and fabrication before production starts
• Ensure all carpenters follow safety rules and company procedures
• Monitor attendance discipline and productivity of the carpentry team
• Identify production problems and provide quick solutions
• Report daily work progress and project status
• Train and guide new carpenters and improve team performance
• Ensure tools machines and materials are used correctly and maintained properly
• Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent time management and planning abilities.Experience in exhibition stand fabrication is a must.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and quality control.Ability to motivate and lead a multicultural workforce.Honest, responsible, punctual, and committed to company standards.Knowledge of exhibition production processes from fabrication to installation.Ability to prepare manpower schedules and coordinate workflow efficiently.
