Executive Sous Chef – Al Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection

Location: Dubai

Al Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection is looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Sous Chef to join our team.

About the Role:

As Executive Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in leading our dynamic kitchen brigade, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional dining experiences across our diverse F&B venues. You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain culinary standards, develop new concepts, and inspire a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations across multiple outlets

Lead, coach, and develop a multicultural culinary team

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene

Support menu planning, costing, and food innovation initiatives

Ensure compliance with HACCP and local health regulations

Act as the Executive Chef in his absence

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior culinary leadership role in luxury hotels or resorts

Proven ability to lead large kitchen teams in a high-volume environment

Strong knowledge of international cuisines and modern culinary trends

Excellent organizational and communication skills

HACCP certification and strong knowledge of food safety standards
