Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Principal

- Manage calendars, official correspondence, and confidential documents

- Organize and coordinate meetings, documentation, and filing systems

- Act as liaison between the Principal and school staff, parents, and external stakeholders

- Ensure seamless operation of the Principal s office on a daily basis

- Oversee parent communication through newsletters, reminders, and announcements

- Address parent concerns related to academics and transportation

- Collaborate with departments such as MSO, Accounts, and HR

- Assist in school admissions and support front-desk/reception functions

- Manage and update the ADEK system (Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge)

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline

- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar executive secretary or PA role

- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools

- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

- Trustworthy, discreet, and professional in handling sensitive information
