Executive Secretary - Building Construction

A leading construction company is looking for an experienced Executive Secretary with at least 5 years of experience working in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with senior management (GM, CEO, or equivalent) within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the GM/CEO with high-level administrative support, managing daily schedules and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and assist in presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external clients.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage official communications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary in the construction industry in the UAE.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email drafting.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience with major projects from Nakheel and Emaar is a must.
