Shape the Future of Executive Search in the GCC

Metier Group is a newly established boutique executive search firm with global ambitions and a laser focus on investment-led leadership. Following a successful early launch and delivery of high-level mandates, we are now scaling across the Gulf region and beyond.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Executive Search Consultant or Founding Partner to join us at a pivotal moment — someone who wants to manage their own desk, drive their own outcomes, and help us build a new industry standard in leadership search across the GCC.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to help shape and scale an ambitious search platform from the ground up. You will have full autonomy over your desk and market coverage, supported by a high-quality brand, infrastructure, and access to key clients. Whether you're based in London or Dubai, you'll be part of a tight-knit, high-calibre team operating in a remote-first, results-driven model.

Key Requirements

We are looking to engage with professionals who meet the following profile:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in retained executive search or C-suite hiring.
  • Experience working with Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Firms, or Family Offices.
  • A proven track record in placing C-level or Board-level executives into high-growth or transformational environments.
  • Deep networks across the GCC, UK, or EMEA markets.
  • A self-starter with a highly commercial, entrepreneurial mindset — ideally with experience building or scaling a practice.
  • Strong client advisory capability, with a consultative and solutions-led approach.

Your Role

  • Build and lead your own portfolio of retained search mandates across the GCC and wider markets.
  • Partner directly with clients (founders, investors, and CEOs) to advise on leadership hiring strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of executive search assignments at board and C-level.
  • Contribute to brand-building, thought leadership, and business development strategy.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to grow a world-class firm rooted in quality, integrity, and results.
