Job description
- Engage with customers to understand their jewellery needs and preferences.
- Present and explain different jewellery collections, designs, materials, and pricing.
- Drive sales by proactively identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, market demand, and competitors.
- Assist in visual merchandising, product display, and stock management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, billing, and product availability.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

- Strong knowledge of jewellery products, gemstones, and precious metals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
