Job description

The Executive – Property Handover is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of property handover to customers. This includes conducting pre-delivery inspections, coordinating snagging and rectification works, scheduling and leading home orientation sessions, and ensuring all units meet quality and readiness standards. The role also involves direct interaction with customers to address queries, provide updates, and ensure a smooth transition of ownership, while coordinating with internal teams to resolve any issues efficiently.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure effective implementation of handover policies and procedures, including pre-delivery inspections and final property handover.
  • Provide innovative solutions to ongoing challenges, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Clarify Customer Life Cycle policies and procedures to clients and guide them throughout the handover journey.
  • Conduct detailed snagging inspections alongside customers during home orientation and ensure timely rectification by coordinating with consultants.
  • Contact customers one day prior to their home orientation to confirm the appointment and remind them of the required documentation.
  • Coordinate with the projects team to verify that units meet the required quality standards and are ready for handover.
  • Perform pre-checks to ensure units are clean and all utilities are connected prior to customer visits.
  • Inform customers about the available community amenities, facilities, and nearby retail outlets.
  • Address and resolve customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely communication with relevant departments such as Projects, Legal, and Finance to facilitate appropriate solutions.
  • Regularly update management with business review reports, and support the implementation of departmental strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between customers and the maintenance team for post-handover support.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer service or property handover, specifically within the UAE real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual (Arabic/English preferred). Knowledge of UAE property laws and handover procedures.
