The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executive-level support, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with calm and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to C-suite executives
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate personal matters, errands, and events as needed
  • Assist with business projects and ad-hoc tasks as delegated

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to C-level executives
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management systems
