What youll do

Youll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for leading the entire pastry operations ensuring each dessert is an artistic flawless expression of luxury precision and innovation to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • Oversee daily production across all outlets including afternoon tea inroom dining banquets and signature restaurants maintaining impeccable quality and consistency.
  • In addition to the creative and technical execution of the role youll also lead your kitchen team adhering to safety standards and continuously developing their skills through coaching and mentorship.
  • Introduce and implement the latest international pastry trends including modern techniques such as 3D chocolate work edible printing and lowsugar or plantbased alternatives without compromising on taste or elegance.
  • Work closely with Angelo Musa World Pastry Champion to cocreate seasonal and signature menus that push creative boundaries while reflecting the DNA of our brand.
  • Ensure full compliance with hygiene and HACCP standards while maintaining costeffective production and stock control.
