What you'll do

  • Lead the pastry operations, ensuring each dessert reflects luxury, precision, and innovation, providing guests with an exceptional experience.
  • Oversee daily production across all outlets, maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Lead and develop your kitchen team through coaching and mentorship, ensuring safety standards are met.
  • Implement latest international pastry trends and techniques, including 3D chocolate work, edible printing, and plant-based options.
  • Collaborate with renowned Pastry Champion Angelo Musa to create seasonal and signature menus that reflect our brand's DNA.
  • Ensure hygiene and HACCP compliance, manage costs and stock effectively.
  • Champion sustainability by sourcing locally, minimizing waste, and supporting ethical practices.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and culinary artistry to enhance guest satisfaction.

What you'll bring

  • Passion, innovation, and experience in leading pastry kitchens within ultra-luxury hotels.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service ethic.
  • Leadership and people management skills to motivate a multicultural team in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency with the latest pastry kitchen technologies and tools.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and financial management skills, including inventory and cost control.
  • Fluent English communication; French or Italian is a plus.
