Summary

You will be responsible for functioning as the production manager for bakery and pastry products within the culinary department. Your role is to ensure that bakery and pastry products across all outlets meet established standards and specifications, contribute to profitability, and align with the standards of Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas. Additionally, you will oversee the bakery and pastry department in accordance with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

Qualifications

Ideally, candidates should have an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Pastry Chef in a larger operation is required. Strong practical, operational, and administrative skills, along with a flair for creativity, are essential.
