Executive - Parking/Cashiering (UAEN Talent Pool)

• Operates a computerized cash register/PDA; receives tickets/tokens from guests; calculates parking fees; processes cash and credit card payments.
• Prepares daily cashier reports; tallies cash and credit card slips; deposits sales in the Cash Office safe at the end of each shift.
• Maintains stock of tickets/tokens, refills machines, reorders supplies as needed, and reports malfunctions of electronic and mechanical equipment.
• Requires regular and punctual attendance, with the ability to work well with others and as part of a team.
• Coordinates with Security, Engineering, or system suppliers for support and technical issues; maintains logs of all issues.
• Prepares revenue summaries and reconciliations daily, weekly, and monthly, matching sales against system readings, and ensures cash deposits.
• Enhances customer experience by providing friendly service, understanding customer needs, and paying attention to details.
• Flexible to work different shifts and capable of multi-tasking.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
• Work is performed in a cashier booth for parking or in open areas for valet services at various parking facilities within the complex.
• Requires sitting for long periods inside the booth or standing in open areas at valet stations.
• Overtime may be required during major exhibitions and live events.

Work Experience
