A leading real estate company in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Executive – Operations Assurance to ensure efficient operational processes and manage broker relations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience in real estate operations along with a strong understanding of RERA regulations. Responsibilities include broker onboarding, compliance monitoring, and maintaining CRM data accuracy. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in real estate operations or administration in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of RERA guidelines and UAE real estate regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for real estate brokers.
  • Manage the full onboarding process for new brokers and sales agents.
  • Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and UAE real estate regulations.
  • Assist management with preparation of commission statements and sales reports.

Job Purpose:

The Executive – Operations Assurance is responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant operational processes within the Sales & CRM department, specifically under the Sales Development vertical focusing on Broker Relations. The role manages broker onboarding, monitors adherence to regulatory and company policies, and provides operational support to strengthen broker engagement. By streamlining workflows, maintaining accurate sales and CRM records, and coordinating with internal teams, the position contributes to operational excellence, compliance, and the overall effectiveness of broker-driven sales activities.

Job Accountabilities:

Broker Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for real estate brokers, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Handle broker queries and provide timely coordination between brokers and the sales team.
  • Oversee broker agreements, contracts, and commission documentation.
  • Monitor broker performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
Onboarding of Sales Agents and Brokers
  • Manage the full onboarding process for new brokers and sales agents.
  • Verify compliance documents in line with RERA and UAE real estate regulations.
  • Coordinate with HR and Training teams for induction and operational orientation.
  • Ensure access to CRM systems, project details, and marketing collateral for new joiners.
Operations Assurance
  • Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and UAE real estate regulations.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure accuracy of CRM data and sales records.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare and share operational dashboards and compliance reports.
  • Coordinate with Sales, HR, Legal, and Marketing teams for smooth workflows.
General Support and Administration
  • Maintain updated broker and agent databases.
  • Assist management with preparation of commission statements, sales reports, and transaction updates.
  • Support the organization of sales events, roadshows, and property tours in collaboration with brokers.
  • Manage documentation, approvals, and official correspondence related to sales operations.
Educational Qualification & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or equivalent.
Work Experience
  • Must have a minimum of 2–5 years of experience in real estate operations or administration in the UAE.
  • Must possess a strong knowledge of RERA guidelines and UAE real estate regulations.
