The candidate will be responsible for administrative support, team coordination, and ensuring efficient daily operations in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates are UAE Nationals with relevant experience in luxury hotel settings, excellent command of English, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Executive (National Talent) to join the Housekeeping team in Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Provide administrative support to the Housekeeping department to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Assist with internal communication, team coordination, and professional interactions with guests and external vendors.
  • Coordinate and support room inspections or VIP arrivals, ensuring proper setup and communication with relevant teams.
  • Prepare and assist in reviewing cleaning schedules or project proposals; maintain and update departmental records and staffing schedules with accurate information.
  • Coordinate office supplies, linen stock, equipment servicing, and general support needs for Housekeeping operations.
  • Track inventory, process purchase requests, and follow up on orders with suppliers and stores.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • UAE National with a Family Book as per government requirements.
  • 2 years in a similar role at a 5-star hotel; guest-facing department experience is an advantage.
  • Diploma in Hotel Operations or Hotel Management.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
