Senior Recruitment Executive @ Reed Recruitment Middle East

Reed Recruitment Middle East is currently looking for an Executive - Marketplace for one of the luxury retail groups in Dubai.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage business relationships with pure play marketplace teams of Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Sivvi, Ounass, etc.
• Support the team in prioritizing focus businesses and acquiring new sellers for our growing Marketplace.
• Ensure payments are received in a timely manner and follow up to clear overdue accounts.
• Optimize marketplace sales trends and customer profiles of the page.
• Liaise with Brand Managers regarding the management of E-Commerce brand catalogs on a weekly basis for marketplaces.
• Purchase and liaise with brand managers for exclusive eCommerce lines.
• Upload and maintain images, short and long descriptions, technical specifications, pricing, promotion codes, and product attributes for all categories across all channels.
• Ensure marketplace copy and meta-data are fully optimized to maximize traffic from search engines.
• Develop and implement the assortment and inventory plan to match the sales plan. Work with brand teams to maximize inventory.
• Plan out and execute marketplace promotions to maximize growth.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Marketplace working for the Retail Industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Retail, or E-Commerce related fields.
• Familiarity with SEO and Digital marketing is a plus.
• Good with numbers, Excel, and data analytics.
