Skills Provision is searching for an Executive Manager for a leading legal firm in the Middle East.

The successful candidate will act as a Branch Manager for the company.

Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Salary & Benefits

  • AED 17000-20000 p / m
  • Comprehensive benefits package available

The Role

  • Representing the company in its relationship with all other establishments
  • Proposing recommendations for the branch’s policy in accordance with its general objectives
  • Executing all decisions and policies that are taken by the Board of Directors
  • Preparing short- and long-term work plans
  • Setting the administrative process to be followed which ensures the well implementation of the policies and procedures
  • Supervising the staff of the branch
  • Supervising directly the Departments’ Heads
  • Leading the work process in order to ensure the quality of job performance and achieving all expected goals and objectives
  • Submitting reports about the activities of the branch to the Regional office including his proposals and / or recommendations to develop the work and activities
  • Review the budget plan of the branch
  • Perform any other tasks in the similar capacity as requested by the Regional Office.
  • Identify the training needs.
  • Hire in coordination with the regional office senior positions for the branch.

Requirements

  • University degree and experience in the same field or in similar capacity
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience
