Job description

The Executive Non-Clinical Talent Acquisition will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top candidates for various roles within the company. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers across departments and support initiatives such as employer branding, Emiratization, campus recruitment, and Diversity & Inclusion.

Your Responsibilities :

  1. Manage the full recruitment cycle to meet hiring goals across all levels and business units.
  2. Source candidates through online job ads, job boards, recruitment agencies, referrals, and word of mouth.
  3. Educate candidates about job profiles, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  4. Track recruitment metrics and SLAs throughout the process.
  5. Update vacancies and applications on the ATS, monitor progress from offer to onboarding.
  6. Coordinate with the onboarding team for a smooth onboarding process.
  7. Maintain engagement with candidates through regular check-ins to foster trust and promote the employer brand.
  8. Provide stakeholders with regular updates on hiring progress and market insights.
  9. Enhance employer visibility through campus connections and branding strategies.

Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of recruitment experience.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Experience in the IT or Healthcare sectors is preferred.
