Job Description
Position Overview:
A prominent and highly respected high-profile family is seeking an exceptionally polished Executive Housekeeper to carry out all aspects of housekeeping operations within their private residence. This role demands the highest standards of precision, service etiquette, and confidentiality, and is ideally suited for professionals with proven experience in ultra-exclusive private households or elite hospitality environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Elevated Housekeeping Services
- Maintain the residence to exceptional estate-quality standards across all living spaces, bedrooms, formal rooms, and service areas.
- Execute cleaning and care routines tailored to valuable materials including stone, hardwood, fine art, and luxury furnishings.
- Ensure every room is maintained in pristine condition, with attention to visual harmony, freshness, and detail.
2. High-Level Laundry & Wardrobe Care
- Handle all aspects of laundry, including hand-washing, ironing, steaming, and folding of high-end clothing and linens.
- Care for designer wardrobes and couture garments, ensuring proper storage and seasonal rotation.
- Support packing and unpacking for business and leisure travel.
3. Guest Preparation & Support
- Prepare guest rooms and shared areas to ultra-refined presentation standards prior to family visits or formal hosting.
- Provide turn-down and discreet in-day refresh services as required.
- Coordinate with other household staff to ensure smooth service during events or private entertaining.
4. Household Inventory & Supplies
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products, toiletries, and linens with full accountability.
- Organize storage areas and manage supplies to ensure readiness without excess.
- Maintain household tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
5. Seasonal & Detail-Focused Cleaning
- Plan and perform quarterly deep cleans including drapery, rugs, chandeliers, and seldom-used areas.
- Assist in seasonal interior adjustments and organization with attention to preservation and functionality.
6. Coordination & Maintenance Support
- Promptly report and follow up on repairs or facility issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a private high-profile family residence or top-class hospitality environment.
- Formal training in elite housekeeping or luxury hospitality service is preferred.
- Good understanding of premium materials, textiles, and household care standards.
