We are currently seeking an experienced and meticulous Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations and uphold the immaculate standards expected in every corner of this grand estate—an experience that defines the essence of Al Habtoor Palace.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring luxury-level cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.
Supervise, train, and inspire a team of housekeeping professionals.
Maintain inventory control and manage the department's budget for housekeeping expenses.
Collaborate closely with other departments, particularly Front Office and Engineering, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and quality control measures.
Uphold and exceed brand and hygiene standards through regular audits and inspections.
Oversee VIP and special event setups with meticulous attention to presentation and detail.
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff, fostering a positive and professional team culture.
Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
Monitor housekeeping KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a 5-star luxury hotel.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with discretion and elegance.
Proficiency in modern cleaning technologies, safety and hygiene standards, chemical handling, sustainability practices, and hotel systems (e.g., Opera).
