WeSource HR is seeking an Executive – Holding Area to support venue operations at Al Warsan in Dubai. The role involves daily site inspections, infrastructure coordination, maintenance planning and event build-up/tear-down activities, plus vehicle access management and stakeholder coordination.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in event or facilities operations, fluent English (Urdu preferred), strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work flexible hours during major events.
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)- Four Months

Executive – Holding Area to support venue operations and infrastructure activities at Al Warsan. The role involves daily site inspections, infrastructure coordination, maintenance planning, event build-up and tear-down operations, vehicle access management, and coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, including evenings, weekends and public holidays during major events.
Monitor and inspect Al Warsan infrastructure and facilities and ensure operational issues are identified and addressed promptly.
Conduct daily site inspections and prepare reports highlighting infrastructure, maintenance, safety and operational issues.
Coordinate monthly and quarterly maintenance requirements, particularly during peak event periods.
Plan and coordinate operational requirements including:
High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience in event operations, venue operations, facilities operations or a similar operational environment.
Previous experience working at event venues or large-scale events is highly desirable.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Urdu language skills required/preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
Good computer literacy and email/internet skills.
Knowledge of EBMS is an advantage.
Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
Excellent coordination and stakeholder-management abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays based on event requirements.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, operationally focused and comfortable working onsite in a dynamic event environment. You should be confident coordinating contractors, security teams and internal stakeholders while ensuring infrastructure, access, safety and event operations run smoothly.
