Job summary

Bag the Future is seeking an experienced driver to support a managing director and family in Dubai. You will provide safe, punctual transport across the UAE, manage routes with live traffic data, and coordinate vehicle maintenance and admin tasks.

Role requires discretion, reliability, and a professional, polished appearance. Work six days a week with flexible hours; Tagalog is an added language asset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience driving for a family with school-age children or a senior executive.
• Experience coordinating vehicle maintenance, RTA processes and insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Managing Director and family members safely and punctually to meetings, schools, and engagements across Dubai/UAE.
• Plan routes with live traffic information and allow buffer time.
• Handle office transport, client visits, deliveries, and document runs as needed.
• Maintain vehicle safety checks, trip logs, mileage, and receipts for reimbursement.
• Keep family and company information strictly confidential.
• Be well-groomed, courteous, and discreet with children, guests and staff.
• Work six days a week with flexible hours, including early mornings and late evenings.
