We are looking for a reliable, professional Driver to join our Dubai team. You will be responsible for the safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation of our leadership team, employees, and guests, as well as handling documents and errands across the city. You will often be the first person our partners and visitors meet, so discretion, courtesy, and a polished presence matter as much as driving skills.
You’ll take ownership of:
- Safe & Punctual Transportation: Drive leadership team members, employees, and guests to meetings, offices, airports, and events across Dubai and the wider UAE, always on time.
- Route Planning: Plan the most efficient routes, taking into account traffic, Salik tolls, parking, and changes in schedule.
- Airport & Guest Transfers: Meet and greet visitors at DXB/DWC airports and hotels, assist with luggage, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.
- Documents & Errands: Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies; support visits to government entities, banks, and partners when required.
- Vehicle Care: Keep the vehicle clean, fuelled, and in excellent condition; arrange regular servicing, registration renewals, and repairs in a timely manner.
- Logs & Expenses: Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel and toll records, and submit receipts and expense reports on time.
- Confidentiality: Handle all conversations, documents, and information you are exposed to with full discretion.
About you:
- Valid UAE Driving License: A valid UAE light vehicle driving license is a must.
- Driving Experience: 3+ years of professional driving experience in the UAE, ideally as a corporate or executive driver.
- Clean Record: A clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- City Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s roads, landmarks, business districts, and free zones, as well as routes to Abu Dhabi and other Emirates.
- Professional Presence: Well-presented, courteous, and calm under pressure, with a strong service mindset.
- Reliability & Flexibility: Punctual and dependable, with the flexibility to adjust to changing schedules, early mornings, and occasional evening or weekend trips.
- Tech Comfort: Confident using a smartphone, navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze), and messaging apps to coordinate with the team.
- Communication: Good spoken English; Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
Can get you a few bonus points
- Executive Experience: You have driven for senior executives, VIP guests, or in a corporate / financial services environment.
- Defensive Driving: You hold a defensive or advanced driving certificate.
- Admin Support: Experience supporting office administration or PRO-related errands.
