Job Purpose
The Wynn Al Marjan Island “Executive Driver” is responsible for providing professional and courteous service to every employee, vendor, and guest as they require a need for transportation services. The driver will be accountable for completing all transportation needs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to fulfilling job responsibilities to support the department and maximizing opportunities for success; maintaining all Service Standards; and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience
Essential Duties
- Ensures all Wynn Resort core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied
- Transporting employees to/from residence and workplace
- Providing transportation support for construction site visits
- Assist with any transportation runs to retrieve needed supplies for the pre-opening office
- Responsible to complete Airport pick up and drop offs for all United Arab Emirate airports
- Actively contributes to departmental performance, and the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental policies and procedures, records and reports
- Follows that all applicable internal policies, federal and state laws, rules, regulations and property-wide controls are enforced within the department
- Inform all patrons of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
- Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage
- Transport guest luggage to and from destination. Assist with luggage storage, retrieval and handling
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness condition of the vehicle and reporting all damage to the vehicle
- Responsible for parking the vehicle in the designated area and following all local traffic regulations
- Maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training
- Works with safety as a priority and follows department and company safety standards
- Performs any other job-related duties as assigned
Education
Education and/or Experience: High school degree or equivalent preferred. Hospitality or related education or experience preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience preferred. Computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus. Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills as well as excellent attention to detail

Skills / Knowledge
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Conversational English required, second language a plus. Ability to write instructions. Ability to present information. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and transportation needs
Certifications / License
At minimum, a valid United Arab Emirates “Category 6” Heavy Bus Driving license
