We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Director – Projects Delivery to lead the successful planning and execution of large-scale development projects. This is a critical leadership role overseeing the delivery of high-value assets, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of large capital projects across the development lifecycle.
2. Collaborate with Development, Commercial, and Operations teams to define project scope and timelines.
3. Develop and manage high-level budgets and resource plans.
4. Oversee procurement strategy and the appointment of consultants and contractors.
5. Lead and guide internal project delivery teams and manage coordination with consultants, PMC, vendors, and authorities.
6. Ensure all design and construction activities meet company standards, budgets, and HSE requirements.
7. Provide leadership in cost planning, value engineering, and risk management.
8. Monitor construction progress and reporting, ensuring efficient contractor performance and contract compliance.

What We’re Looking For :

1. 10–15 years of experience in project management, preferably in organizations with AED 2B+ annual turnover.
2. Proven track record in delivering mega-projects (AED 3–4B CAPEX) in the GCC region.
3. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
4. Strong knowledge of the real estate and construction sectors.

7. Proficient in managing complex procurement, planning, cost control, and contract administration.
