A leading comprehensive care institution offering clinic services, digital health solutions, and home health care is seeking to recruit an Executive Director of Operations - Clinic, Digital Health, and Home Health for their Riyadh operations.

This leadership role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and strategic growth across multiple platforms.

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the organization's vision and long-term goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish goals that improve service delivery and patient care.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations across clinics, digital health platforms, and home healthcare services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining operational excellence.

Quality & Patient Care

• Lead initiatives to enhance patient safety, clinical outcomes, and service quality.
• Implement and oversee quality assurance programs tailored for each service line.

Financial Oversight

• Manage budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation.
• Analyze financial performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiencies.

Team Leadership & Development

• Provide leadership to clinic managers, digital health teams, and home health coordinators.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a liaison between operations and senior management to ensure alignment.
• Build relationships with regulatory agencies, community organizations, and technology partners.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Saudi Nationals preferred but not mandatory.
• 10+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience, including clinic management, digital health, and home health services.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical best practices, and quality improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive operational excellence.
• Experience working in healthcare in Saudi Arabia.
