Job description

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Surveillance/CCTV systems project manager. This role will serve as the senior leader for the technical team within the Surveillance Division. They will be responsible for the entire Surveillance/CCTV system.

Essential Duties

  2. Act as the project manager responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, installation, organization, and upkeep of the entire CCTV system, including cameras, monitors, alarms, network components, switches, servers, raids, wiring, tech centers, satellite locations, workstations, system integration applications, and video archive solutions.
  3. Own the responsibility of ensuring the CCTV system and technical policies are compliant with all regulations.
  4. Serve as the chief point of contact for regulators and the CCTV system integrator regarding technical issues.
  5. Responsible for the technical team within the Surveillance Division. The team’s performance, morale, and wellbeing will reflect directly on the leadership.
  6. Mentor, coach, and support the team.
  7. Responsible for the advanced development of team training, ensuring the training program and materials are up to date, reflecting new technologies, processes, and solutions.
  8. Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct, including holding the team accountable to these policies.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Experience
  • At least 15 years of CCTV technical experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a project manager or technical division leader managing complex CCTV systems.
  • Experience in opening at least one complex property/project.
  • Preferably, experience working in the UAE with a deep understanding of MCC and local regulations.
  • Experience managing CCTV systems with Genetec VMS.
  • Experience working in a similar integrated resort setting.
  • Extensive experience opening multiple properties with complex systems.
Skills / Knowledge
  • Solid understanding of business and management strategy, familiar with project management principles, budgeting, goal setting, and team motivation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of engaging with management at all levels and external vendors.
  • Technical proficiency with test meters, hand tools, man lifts, two-way radios, power tools, digital CCTV programming, audio operations, computer hardware repair, RAID management, Microsoft Office, Windows, POS management, and networking infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting skills relevant to CCTV systems, ability to read construction documents, follow instructions, and work independently or in a team.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English professionally.
