Confidential Careers is seeking an Executive Director – Procurement & Supply Chain to define and lead the enterprise procurement and supply chain strategy. This role advises the C-suite on major commercial, sourcing, contracting, and resilience decisions and drives digital transformation across the function.

The role oversees strategic contracts, supplier ecosystems and governance, aiming for sustainable value, cost optimisation and operational excellence across a large organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Extensive senior leadership experience across Procurement, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing or Commercial Management.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the enterprise procurement and supply chain strategy.
• Advise executive leadership on major commercial, sourcing, contracting and supply chain decisions.
• Provide executive oversight of significant procurement portfolios and strategic contracts.
• Shape strategic sourcing, category management and supplier strategies leveraging market intelligence.
• Lead major commercial negotiations and establish strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
• Drive enterprise-wide value creation, cost optimisation and demand management.
• Strengthen supply chain resilience and manage supply risk.
• Lead the digital transformation of procurement and supply chain.
