Our client, a prominent real estate developer based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an accomplished Executive Director of Development to lead large-scale projects spanning mixed-use, commercial, residential, and master-planned developments.

In this pivotal role, you will shape the strategic direction of the company’s development portfolio, overseeing end-to-end execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with corporate objectives. This position offers the opportunity to drive growth, manage high-profile initiatives, and play a key role in shaping the urban landscape of Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is preferred
• Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Preferred Skills and Competencies :

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of local regulations, zoning laws, and permitting processes related to real estate development

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
