Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeks an experienced Investment Banking leader for the Government & Public Sector. You will manage and grow client business, supervise day-to-day activities, and ensure revenue targets while maintaining client satisfaction and credit quality.

You will collaborate with MDs, Product teams, and stakeholders to maximize opportunities, develop strategy, and drive high-quality outputs within budgeted limits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Investment Banking.
• Knowledge of banking sector, FAB's products and strategies.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to priorities.
• Computer proficiency and research/analysis skills.
• Banking software systems proficiency.
• Data analysis and financial modelling skills.
• Credit analysis skills and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L responsibility for the portfolio and meet targets.
• Originate new business opportunities across banking products.
• Develop and execute Term Sheets, IMs, financial modelling, letters.
• Examine and resolve credit, market and operational risks with teams.
• Maintain credit quality of client relationships.
• Achieve individual and team financial performance targets.
• Ensure KYC and compliance requirements are met.
