Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group seeks a strategic leader to oversee future openings across MEA and SEAP. You will guide pre-opening activities, shape business plans, and collaborate with owners, developers and investors to ensure brand standards and timelines are met.

You will drive operational readiness across all hotel divisions and manage opening budgets, while staying attuned to market trends and regulatory requirements. Travel across the region is expected to support expansions.

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level leadership experience in hotel openings or pre-openings, preferably across MEA and/or SEAP.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; French or other regional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening and opening of future RHG hotels across MEA and SEAP within timelines, budgets, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with owners, developers and investors to align RHG standards and contractual requirements.
• Develop opening strategies and business plans, defining metrics, milestones and risks, with regular reporting and action.
• Ensure operational readiness across all hotel functions to deliver exceptional guest experiences from day one.
• Oversee the hotel opening budget, business plan and commercial strategy, with cost control and profitability focus.
• Support feasibility studies, market assessments, and strategic initiatives related to future developments across MEA and SEAP.
