About Wynn Al Marjan Island

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offers 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa. It is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Executive Coordinator to join the resort’s Nightlife Marketing team.

The Primary Duties And Responsibilities

1. Act as the primary facilitator for VIP Nightlife, Advertising, and Brand Marketing requirements within the department.
2. Ensure timely communication and alignment of host and operational teams for all events and marketing initiatives.
3. Maintain a strong presence throughout the facility to build guest loyalty and exceed service expectations.
4. Support all administrative and executive tasks for the department as directed by the Vice President.
5. Manage team correspondence, including announcements, meetings, and updates.
6. Oversee payroll, commission invoicing, revenue tracking, and budget-related activities to support the department’s financial growth.
7. Coordinate meetings, VIP events, concerts, and happenings within Wynn Al Marjan Island and connected resorts or regional markets.
8. Adapt to dynamic tasks as events and seasons change within the market and resort.
9. Maintain confidentiality, composure under pressure, and consistency in a fast-paced setting.
10. Demonstrate strong teamwork skills with a courteous approach to all internal and external interactions.
11. Serve as the main communication line for the Vice President of Nightlife, Advertising, and Brand Marketing, acting respectfully and professionally at all times.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3+ years of experience in Nightlife, Marketing, or Entertainment industries, with a focus on VIP Hospitality, Hotel or Casino Administration, or VIP Services and Management within hotel/casino integrated resorts.
• A background in guest services, guest relations, or similar client-facing roles is highly valued.
