About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Executive Coordinator to join the Front Office team at Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties include:

  1. Providing professional administrative support for smooth daily operations.
  2. Maintaining and updating departmental databases and digital platforms.
  3. Coordinating front office needs such as stationery, equipment maintenance, and guest amenities.
  4. Monitoring purchase requests, tracking inventory, and coordinating supplies.
  5. Organizing and managing filing systems, including contracts and confidential records.
  6. Supporting team coordination, internal communication, and positive guest or stakeholder interactions.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Two years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury property.
  2. Proficiency in English and a second language (Russian or European languages preferred).
  3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera (Cloud).
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.
  5. Experience working in a multicultural environment.
