Job summary

Sobha Group is seeking a proactive Internal Communications & Social Media Specialist in Dubai to craft engaging content for newsletters, intranet, and social channels. You will coordinate with departments to share stories, support HR and leadership messaging, and ensure brand consistency across campaigns.

Responsibilities include content creation, social media management, event support, and collaboration with vendors and design teams to deliver timely campaigns.

Qualifications

• A degree in communications media PR or a related field.
• 1–3 years of work experience in either agency or in-house.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Canva Notion and Hootsuite are a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in event management employer branding and internal comms.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish content for newsletters intranet emails posters and internal campaigns.
• Support communication around HR CSR leadership messages and company initiatives.
• Coordinate with departments to gather stories updates and employee achievements.
• Assist in induction engagement and culture-building events and communication programs.
• Maintain consistency with Sobha's tone values and brand guidelines.
• Support day-to-day management of official social media handles (LinkedIn Instagram etc.).
• Create content copies captions and short-form content in coordination with the design team/agencies.
• Schedule posts and monitor engagement and queries.
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic monthly reports.
• Assist in photo/video shoots at sites offices and events.
• Maintain an organised content repository.
• Coordinate with vendors designers and internal stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Support campaign execution and special projects as assigned.
