A leading organization in the UAE seeks a Coordinator to enhance client relations and manage feedback effectively. The role involves coordinating client meetings, maintaining records, and assisting in KPI achievement while requiring proficiency in English and Arabic. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and over 2 years of relevant experience.
Job Purpose
The purpose of the job is to coordinate and support client relations section in recording queries and other issues received from clients and follow-up with concerned staff to resolve the same.
Coordinating with clients and section heads, consolidating feedback from clients, coordinate and follow up on implementation of initiatives, recording and tracking of audit findings for the client relations section.
Key Accountabilities
• Receive and maintain record of details of queries, suggestions, comments and action taken.
• Assist in drafting annual client visit plan.
• Coordinate with clients and arrange for meetings as per the annual visit plan.
• Consolidate the feedback from clients to be discussed with management and section heads.
• Maintain and update database of clients with various categorization. (i.e., track record with Trakhees, sector wise, type of clients etc.)
• Assist in consolidation of feedback report from clients, action plan recommended by section and follow up on the implementation of action plan.
• Prepare reports based on feedback received from surveys to identify gaps and improve customer service.
• Contribute in achievement of Department Objectives by executing / achieving the KPIs assigned by line manager and submit relevant supporting documents during KPIs evaluation.
• Submit various categorization of periodic reports to management for review.

Required
Proficiency in English & Arabic [Chinese language would be added advantage]
