Job summary

ConFlip in Dubai is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver world-class dining experiences. You will oversee operations, supervise staff, and ensure consistent high-quality dishes while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in a professional kitchen, proven menu planning and cost-control skills, and strong communication abilities. Arabic language knowledge is an added advantage for this role.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. Our restaurant offers a unique dining experience that brings together flavors from around the world. We are offering an attractive salary of 1400 per month for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will have the primary responsibility of overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring that high quality dishes are served consistently. You will be responsible for managing staff, monitoring food quality, creating menus, and developing new recipes as well as ensuring that hygiene standards are maintained at all times. Your role also requires you to ensure that all safety regulations are strictly followed.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized and efficient with strong leadership qualities. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working in a professional kitchen setting as a Chef or similar role as well as experience in menu planning, cost control, staff management and training. In addition, you should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. If you are currently based outside of Dubai we would consider sponsoring you for this role; however an understanding of Arabic language would be an added advantage.
