Job summary

The Executive Chef vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah UAE seeks a highly experienced leader to manage day-to-day kitchen operations, develop innovative menus, and ensure exceptional food presentation.

We value strong leadership, clear communication, and a solid grasp of food safety regulations. A culinary degree is desirable and at least 5 years in upscale settings. Applicants from outside Ras-al-Khaimah are welcome if they meet the experience requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably upscale restaurant or hotel.
• Degree or diploma from a culinary school is highly desirable.
• Willingness to relocate is a plus for applicants outside Ras-al-Khaimah.
