We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a 5 star hotel or similar environment and be able to create delicious and innovative dishes while managing the kitchen staff.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the team, overseeing food preparation and ensuring that all recipes meet the highest standards.

They will also work with the Head Chef to develop menus, order supplies, create budget plans and oversee food safety regulations.

The Executive Chef must have great attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure that all orders are cooked correctly and on time.

They must also be able to handle complaints from customers with professionalism.
