Executive Chef in El-Fujairah, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at El-Fujairah.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, either in the UAE or abroad. We are willing to consider applicants who are new to the region, as well as those who are already based here.
The Executive Chef will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in all aspects of food preparation, management, and service in the kitchen. They will ensure that all employees have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively and that safety and sanitation standards are met. The chef will also be responsible for controlling costs, ordering supplies, and managing staff.
The successful applicant should have excellent organizational skills, a passion for food and cooking, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills with both customers and staff alike.
