Job Purpose: The Executive Chef will lead the kitchen team in providing delicious, high-quality dishes for our customers. The chef will plan menu items according to customer tastes and preferences, as well as manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. The Executive Chef will also ensure the kitchen crew is properly trained in food safety and sanitation standards, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen space.

Responsibilities:

• Plan menus that are creative, appetizing and cost effective
• Monitor food supplies, ordering when necessary while ensuring freshness of ingredients
• Ensure that all recipes are followed accurately
• Monitor portion control to maintain profit margins
