JobCenter in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our restaurant's culinary operations, develop menus, and ensure top quality across all dishes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a high‑end restaurant or hotel, a Bachelor's in Culinary Arts, strong leadership, and excellent communication; international cuisine experience is a plus.

Salary is 1,000 AED per month, with health insurance, paid time off, flexible hours, international travel for events, and growth

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience as a chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
• Experience in international cuisines is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team of chefs, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Develop creative menus that reflect the restaurant’s vision and standards.
• Train and manage kitchen personnel on how to prepare menu items correctly and according to established recipes.
• Monitor food preparation methods and portion sizes to ensure quality standards.
• Help manage food supply ordering as needed.
• Ensure proper safety procedures are followed in the kitchen at all times.
