Job summary

JobCenter in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at our restaurant. The role requires creativity, high standards, and strong management skills to drive menu development and kitchen performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience as a chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
• Experienced in international cuisines is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative menus that are reflective of the restaurant's vision and standards.
• Train and manage kitchen personnel on how to prepare menu items correctly and according to established recipes.
• Monitor food preparation methods and portion sizes regularly to ensure quality standards are met.
• Help manage food supply ordering as needed.
• Ensure proper safety procedures are followed in the kitchen at all times.
