Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Executive Chef in a quality restaurant, lifestyle venue, or destination dining concept.
• Ideally some experience with fire-led cooking techniques (wood-fired grilling, charcoal cooking, open-flame cooking).
• GCC experience is preferred and new opening experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and ensure exceptional food quality across all dining experiences (breakfast, all-day dining, private dining, pool and terrace).
• Oversee menu development, food standards, and cost control.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing kitchen team; mentor staff and drive creativity.
