About the job

We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction and operations across a unique portfolio of F&B experiences, and high-end catering services. This is a pivotal role overseeing a central kitchen, driving culinary innovation, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations.

As Executive Chef, you will be the driving force behind all culinary operationsfrom crafting exceptional menus for luxury events to managing a high-performance kitchen team. You will work closely with all departments to elevate guest experiences, implement efficient systems using software, and lead with positivity and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Strategy: Define and execute a culinary vision aligned with a premium lifestyle brand.
  • Central Kitchen Oversight: Manage a large production kitchen, ensuring consistency and quality across all units.
  • Menu Development: Design seasonal, trend-forward menus that inspire and differentiate the brand.
  • Leadership & Culture: Mentor and lead diverse culinary teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Operational Standards: Implement and maintain robust SOPs, with a strong focus on hygiene, efficiency, and food safety.
  • Financial Management: Optimize food and labor costs while maintaining top-tier quality.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with top-tier suppliers for premium sourcing.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to support broader business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of senior culinary leadership, ideally in multi-site operations or luxury event catering.
  • Proven experience managing a central kitchen team and overseeing high-volume production.
  • A creative approach to menu development and a deep knowledge of global cuisines.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and financial management skills.
  • Experience with food safety protocols and implementing SOPs through digital tools.
  • A positive, team-first attitude and the ability to inspire excellence across departments.
