Executive Chef

We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to join our dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with top-notch ingredients and create innovative culinary experiences for our guests.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading a team of chefs while managing all aspects of kitchen operations including:

1. Menu planning
2. Budgeting
3. Ordering
4. Maintaining quality standards

They must also ensure that all recipes and dishes are prepared according to standards and specifications, while working closely with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff. The Executive Chef must stay up to date with trends in the industry and continuously look for ways to improve the guest experience.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills along with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. They should be passionate about food with a creative flair in their cooking style. At least 5 years of experience in culinary management is preferred, but we will consider foreign applicants who meet other qualifications. A degree or diploma from an accredited culinary institution is beneficial but not mandatory.
