Job Description: Executive Chef - Sharjah

We are looking to hire an experienced Executive Chef in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and overseeing all aspects of the menu at our restaurant. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100/month. We are willing to consider applicants with no experience provided they have the necessary skills and qualifications.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Create unique, innovative, delicious dishes that blend international flavors with local ingredients
2. Develop menus that are both seasonal and cost effective
3. Manage all aspects of kitchen operations including budgeting, food preparation, staff supervision, table service management, customer service etc.
4. Ensure quality control is maintained throughout the kitchen process

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fast-paced restaurant setting
2. Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen
3. Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
4. Proven ability to lead a team of cooks/chefs
5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
