Key Responsibilities of Executive Chef

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in high-end fine dining or Michelin-starred kitchens, with experience in an executive role.
- Deep knowledge of modern fine dining techniques and global culinary influences.
- Proven leadership in kitchens committed to purpose and sustainability.
- Ability to develop seasonal, creative, and harmonious menus.
- Strong leadership skills to foster a respectful, collaborative environment.
- Understanding of inventory, budgeting, and financial management.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
