Position Title: Executive Chef Employment Type: Full Time Salary: Up to 30K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus tips, service charge Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: An international restaurant brand in Dubai, serving traditional Japanese fusion cuisine Job Description: ? Lead kitchen operations with a focus on modern Japanese and Italian cuisine, ensuring top-tier food quality, consistency, and presentation in a fine-dining setting. ? Manage and inspire a multicultural kitchen team, fostering excellence, discipline, and collaboration. ? Develop seasonal menus, signature dishes, and activations while maintaining cost-efficiency and profitability through strategic menu engineering. ? Must reside in the UAE, be fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, and have a deep understanding of Dubai’s high-end dining scene; immediate joiners preferred.
