- Previous experience as an Executive Chef in a 5-star hotel or resort - Extensive knowledge of international cuisines and the ability to develop diverse, high-end culinary concepts - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment - Demonstrated success in menu engineering, food cost control, and inventory management - Expertise in food presentation, modern plating techniques, and culinary trends - Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire large culinary teams across multiple outlets - In-depth understanding of HACCP, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards - Creative flair and awareness of global culinary trends to introduce innovative dining experiences - Hands-on and detail-oriented approach with a collaborative leadership style - Solid experience in vendor relations and procurement, ensuring consistent quality and cost efficiency - Locally available in UAE for food trial
