Job Title: Executive Chef

Location: El-Ain, UAE

Salary: 1700 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen staff, creating high quality meals, and ensuring all established health and safety regulations are followed. Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
  • Create interesting menus with seasonal ingredients
  • Train and motivate kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety standards
  • Monitor stock levels, order supplies as needed, and take action when any discrepancies or shortages are identified
  • Work closely with Front of House managers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
