Executive Chef


We are in need of an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ajman. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality, delicious meals are prepared and served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that are both appealing and cost-effective
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other kitchen workers
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Implement food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new dishes or improve existing ones
- Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Ability to create innovative dishes while still adhering to budget constraints
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with other staff members and management
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Creativity in menu planning and willingness to experiment with new flavors
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, but we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for foreign candidates.
